We have always supported ideas. Start Up Lab is our project for anyone with a new business idea. In collaboration with professionals and accountants specialised in the New Technologies and Healthcare sectors, we accompany the start-up right from the initial feasibility study and project definition phase. However, a start-up needs many instruments during launching and operational development of the company.

Whether a normal start-up or an innovative start-up, we are at the client’s side from launching (choice of company type, definition of the governance rules) through to protection of the idea, as well as during financing of the project (negotiations with investors, investment agreements, access to incentives available for innovative start-ups) and start of operations (drafting contracts with partners, drafting employment contracts and non-competition agreements, incentive plans).

We also provide assistance in the evaluation of strategies to adopt and instruments to use to protect the position of the founding partners during the entry of investors into the share capital, with negotiation and drafting of the relevant contract documents.
